Our story
According to IQVIA (2024)1, the average success rate of clinical trials across all therapeutic areas and stages was only 10.8% in 2023. At TYD Partners, we ask ourselves, “How many of these failures were really due to scientific hypotheses not holding up?” In our discussions with biotech entrepreneurs who have experienced one or more trial failures, we often hear comments such as “If only I had extended the trial duration…” or similar insights that, in hindsight, might have led to a successful outcome.
